A church planter is someone who has experienced organic church life themselves and is called by God to lay foundations for such churches. Their goal is to encourage, equip, and recenter organic life in Christian contexts.

Church planters help establish new churches. They also help encourage and equip churches that have already begun. Milt Rodriguez, Felicity & Tony Dale, Neil Cole, Robert Fitts, and many others are presently engaged in this kind of ministry.
